Outstanding Showcases

Wai Square

Wai Square is a low-density residential development integrating with the characteristics of Hong Kong Local Walled Village in the Fanling Golf Course Master Planning and Redevelopment.  Responding to the living quality in Hong Kong, WAI SQUARE also combines the idea of shared space aiming comfortable living & strong sense of community for residents. It mainly consists of three parts of a frontage open space, a shop house area and a 3-storey residential building area in 7.85 ha of land as well as provides a total number of 240 flats accommodating a population of ~1,200.
