He is also trained by Multinational Companies and held number of Senior Management and Executive position in the last 37 years of Environmental, Manufacturing and Constructions Industries Engineering Experience in the UK, USA, PRC and Hong Kong SAR. Since 2008, he has dedicated his career in a R&D project called Micronutrient Technique (MNT) for wastewater treatment and odour control. In 2016, A first of a kind zero sludge, low-cost Wastewater treatment system called \u201cMVN\u201d was granted by HKJC. In the following year, a 100T per day \u201cFull Scale Pilot Study\u201d WWTP was built in TKL Ling Ying Public School Hong Kong.<\/p>\n<p>He is the owner of twelve (12) CN Patents which two are \u201cInvention\u201d and 10 \u201cCode of Practice\u201d since 2017, with further four more Invention Patents are under review since 2018. His company in mainland China has been rewarded \u201cAdvice Technology Status \u2013 \u9ad8\u65b0\u4f01\u672f\u4f01\u4e1a\u201d since 2017.
