Mr MONGENDRE\u2019s philosophy centers on pure, energetic, and healing food\u2014an ethos reflected in every aspect of his restaurants, from eco-conscious design to meticulously sourced ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>As one of the leading voices in Hong Kong\u2019s plant-based movement, Mr MONGENDRE has founded several acclaimed establishments including Mana! Fast Slow Food, Mana! Raw, Mana! Caf\u00e9, and HOME \u2013 Eat to Live.
