This world-class platform offered a fantastic opportunity for contestants to showcase their skills with their expertly crafted cocktails. \u00a0Serving as supporting organisation, 6 students of the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Hotel Operations Management programme were invited to serve on the Organizing Committee of the \u201cChallenge\u201d at HOFEX from 9 to 12 May 2023. \u00a0Students assisted from the setting up to dismantling of the event for 4 days, i.e., served beverages to guests and judges, cleaning of bar utensil, photo taking for the event, competition award presentation,
