platform which truly empowers regional businesses and redefines Hong Kong\u2019s dining landscape. 3 students of the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Hotel Operations Management programme served on the Working Committee for the Hong Kong Bartender Association (HKBA) at RBHK. \u00a0Students assisted from the set up to dismantle of the event for 3 days from 5 to 7 September 2023 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. \u00a0They also assisted on handling customer inquiries and providing information about the new beverage products. \u00a0Students received high praises from the
