curriculum development in at least one of the following modules:<\/p><ul><li>Business Intelligence and Analytics<\/li><li>Cyber Security in Business<\/li><li>Digital Business Process and Operations<\/li><li>Digital Marketing<\/li><li>Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Business Sustainability<\/li><li>Global Business Environment<\/li><li>Managerial Economics<\/li><li>Strategic Innovation and Entrepreneurship<\/li><\/ul><p>The appointee(s) will take part in teaching and supervising student work; delivering quality programme; and leading and participating in scholarly activities, including but not limited to research, consultancy, networking, collaboration with industry and promoting the Institute and the programme.\u00a0 S\/He will also be expected to maintain close contacts with industry, commerce, and other educational institutes on collaborative arrangement to promote and ensure the relevance and excellence of the programme.\u00a0 Experience in new programme development and accreditation is highly preferred.<\/p><p>The appointee(s) will provide face-to-face and potentially online instruction at the graduate or undergraduate level in both business administration and related courses as well as maintaining a record of excellence in teaching, student advising and career mentoring.\u00a0 The appointee at Professor \/ Associate Professor rank will be required to oversee the MBA and related programmes and be heavily involved in the accreditation of the MBA degree programme.\u00a0 S\/He will also have the unique opportunity to lead the inaugural Master degree programme of THEi.<\/p><p><strong><u>Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>The successful candidate(s) should have a recognised Doctoral degree in one of the following areas: Business Administration; Digital Business; Information Technology; Digital Technology and Innovation or related disciplines, with relevant teaching experience at tertiary level; demonstrate achievement (or good potential for achievement) in research and scholarly activities, and experience in professional practice in the relevant fields; and have high proficiency in English and Chinese, including Putonghua.\u00a0 S\/He must also fulfil one of the following criteria:<\/p><p>(a) Mother tongue \/ language is Putonghua; or<br \/>(b) Received a recognised bachelor\u2019s degree or above of which the Medium of Instruction (MOI) was Putonghua; or<br \/>(c) At least 3 years\u2019 work experience in Chinese Mainland or other Putonghua speaking countries or regions; or<br \/>(d) Achieved at least Grade B, Level 2 in the Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi (PSC) &#8211;
