{"id":54069,"date":"2025-09-22T19:21:20","date_gmt":"2025-09-22T11:21:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thei.edu.hk\/?p=54069"},"modified":"2026-02-05T16:56:45","modified_gmt":"2026-02-05T08:56:45","slug":"part-time-lecturer-master-of-business-administration-in-digital-transformation-ref-no-o-thei-dhbm-ptlmbadt-01-26","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thei.edu.hk\/sc\/part-time-lecturer-master-of-business-administration-in-digital-transformation-ref-no-o-thei-dhbm-ptlmbadt-01-26\/","title":{"rendered":"Part-time Lecturer (Master of Business Administration in Digital Transformation)"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"54069\" class=\"elementor elementor-54069\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-558ebb0 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"558ebb0\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b56a4f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9b56a4f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"translation-block\"><p><strong>Ref No.: DHBM\/PTL(MBADT)\/01\/26<\/strong><\/p><p><strong><u>Major Duties:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>The appointee(s) shall report to the Programme Leader and Head of Department and engage in teaching and related learning activities, develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning, and assessment materials, support students in their learning, participate in academic and scholarly activities of the Department, and undertake academic and administrative support services of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Digital Transformation programme.\u00a0 The Programme aims to develop students\u2019 understanding and capability to become digital transformers, manage transformation and innovation in the current business environment.\u00a0 The Programme offers two specialised streams, one in \u2018Digital Business and Leadership\u2019 and the other in \u2018Digital Technology and Innovation\u2019.<\/p><p>The appointee(s) will need to fulfill teaching duties, including but not limited to, the preparation of teaching materials, development and marking of assessment items, and the delivery of lectures and tutorials for at least one of the following modules:<\/p><ul><li>Business Intelligence and Analytics<\/li><li>Cyber Security in Business<\/li><li>Digital Business Process and Operations<\/li><li>Digital Marketing<\/li><li>Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Business Sustainability<\/li><li>Global Business Environment<\/li><li>Managerial Economics<\/li><li>Strategic Innovation and Entrepreneurship<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><u>Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>The successful candidate(s) should have a recognised Doctoral degree in one of the following areas: Business Administration; Information Technology; Digital Transformation; Digitalization and Digital Innovation, or related disciplines, with at least 4 years\u2019 relevant teaching experience at tertiary level and \/ or experience in professional practice in the related fields.\u00a0 S\/He should have experience in supervising students\u2019 Final Year Projects, and have high proficiency in English and Chinese, including Putonghua.\u00a0 S\/He must also fulfil one of the following criteria:<\/p><p>(a) Mother tongue \/ language is Putonghua; or<br \/>(b) Received a recognised bachelor\u2019s degree or above of which the Medium of Instruction (MOI) was Putonghua; or<br \/>(c) At least 3 years\u2019 work experience in Chinese Mainland or other Putonghua speaking countries or regions;
