cross-disciplinary curriculum development, recruitment of students and accreditation exercises.\u00a0 The appointee will also take part in teaching and supervising capstone applied business projects and student work; delivering high quality programme; and leading and participating in scholarly activities, including but not limited to research, consultancy, networking, collaboration with industry and promoting the Institute and the programme.\u00a0 S\/He will be expected to maintain close contacts with industry, commerce, and other educational institutes on collaborative arrangement to promote and ensure the relevance and excellence of the programme.\u00a0 Strong teaching experience in at least one of the following areas:<\/p><ul><li>Business Intelligence and Analytics<\/li><li>Cyber Law and Cyber Security in Business<\/li><li>Digital Business and Transformation<\/li><li>Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Business Sustainability<\/li><li>Ethics in a Digital World<\/li><li>Leadership and Strategy<\/li><li>Management of Digital Innovation<\/li><li>Organisational and Human Resources Management<\/li><li>Strategic Innovation and Entrepreneurship<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><u>Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>The successful candidate should have a recognised Doctoral degree in one of the following areas: Business Administration; Digital Business; Information Technology; Digital Technology and Innovation or related disciplines, with relevant and substantial teaching experience at tertiary level; demonstrate excellent academic and management leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with achievement in cross-disciplinary research and scholarly activities, experience in accreditation exercises, and have high proficiency in English and Chinese, including Putonghua.\u00a0 S\/He must also fulfil one of the following criteria:<\/p><p>(a) Mother tongue \/ language is Putonghua; or<br \/>(b) Received a recognised bachelor\u2019s degree or above of which the Medium of Instruction (MOI) was Putonghua; or<br \/>(c) At least 3 years\u2019 work experience in Chinese Mainland or other Putonghua speaking countries or regions;
