{"id":71265,"date":"2025-09-25T18:31:32","date_gmt":"2025-09-25T10:31:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thei.edu.hk\/?p=71265"},"modified":"2026-04-30T15:16:57","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T07:16:57","slug":"executive-assistant-ii-dsrdhbm-eaii-04-26","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thei.edu.hk\/sc\/executive-assistant-ii-dsrdhbm-eaii-04-26\/","title":{"rendered":"Executive Assistant II"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"71265\" class=\"elementor elementor-71265\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-558ebb0 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"558ebb0\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b56a4f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9b56a4f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"translation-block\"><p><strong>Ref No.: DSR&amp;DHBM\/EAII\/04\/26<\/strong><\/p><p><strong><u>Major Duties:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>(a) To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Departments;<br \/>(b) To provide support in programme and student-related administration;<br \/>(c) To draft official correspondence, including emails, letters, notices, agendas and minutes;<br \/>(d) To assist in document management and the compilation of management reports and statistics;<br \/>(e) To assist in organising \/ coordinating meetings and events; and<br \/>(f) To handle enquiries from internal and external parties, and provide counter services.<\/p><p><strong><u>Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>(a) (i) Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, or equivalent^; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">OR<\/span><br \/>(ii) Level 2 \/ Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">OR<\/span><br \/>(iii) Diploma of Applied Education + Maths Plus \/ Diploma Yi Jin + Mathematics \/ Project Yi Ji; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">OR<\/span> <br \/>(iv) A recognised Certificate \/ Diploma \/ Foundation Diploma \/ Foundation Certificate \/ Diploma of Foundation Studies; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">OR<\/span><br \/>(v) A recognised Associate Degree \/ Higher Diploma or above.<br \/>* Completion of the Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 \/ Passing 5 specific VTC\u2019s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification.<br \/>^ \u201cAttained\u201d in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in the HKDSE Examination are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects.<br \/>(b) High proficiency in using computer software applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing;<br \/>(c) Good command of Chinese and English, preferably including Putonghua;<br \/>(d) Good communication and interpersonal skills; <br \/>(e) Flexible, polite, detail-oriented, organised and proactive; and<br \/>(f) Ability to multi task independently and be a good team player.<\/p><p><strong><u>Notes:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p><em>1.\u00a0 Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend a computer skills test.<\/em><br \/><em>2. The appointee may be required to work irregular hours or shifts and perform duties on Saturdays and Sundays as necessary.<\/em><br \/><em>3. The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.<\/em><br \/><em>4.
