The Programme aims to equip students with advanced management skills related to the digital innovation and emerging technologies in the tourism and hospitality industry, including digital marketing strategies, data-driven ESG and sustainable tourism practices, and digital-enabled quality service management.<\/p><p>The appointee will also assist in the formulation of learning and teaching strategies and curriculum development in at least one of the following modules:<\/p><ul><li>AI Revolutions and Applications in Tourism &amp; Hospitality;<\/li><li>Business Intelligence &amp; Analytics;<\/li><li>Capstone Applied Project;<\/li><li>Cyber Security in Business;<\/li><li>Digital Business Strategy &amp; Transformation;<\/li><li>Digital Marketing;<\/li><li>Ethics in a Digital World;<\/li><li>Innovations in the Global Tourism &amp; Hospitality Industry;<\/li><li>Research Methods &amp; Data Analytics in Tourism &amp; Hospitality Management;<\/li><li>Smart Technologies in Tourism &amp; Hospitality;<\/li><li>Strategic Innovation &amp; Entrepreneurship;<\/li><li>Technologies in Customer Service Management;<\/li><li>Technology Solution for ESG and Sustainable Tourism &amp; Hospitality; and<\/li><li>Tourism &amp; Hospitality Revenue Management.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><u>Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>The successful candidate should have a recognised Doctoral degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management or related discipline, with relevant teaching experience at the tertiary level and\/or experience in professional practice in the relevant fields. S\/he should have experience in supervising students\u2019 Capstone Projects, and demonstrate high proficiency in Putonghua and English. Strong Cantonese proficiency is an advantage. S\/he must also fulfil one of the following criteria: <br \/>(a) Mother tongue\/language is Putonghua; or <br \/>(b) Received a recognised Bachelor\u2019s degree or above of which the Medium of Instruction (MOI) was Putonghua; or <br \/>(c) At least 3 years\u2019 working experience in Chinese Mainland or other Putonghua speaking countries or regions; or <br \/>(d) Attained one of the following qualifications: <br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 i. Grade B, Level 3 or above in the Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi (PSC) \u2013 Putonghua Proficiency Test administered by the State Language Commission; or <br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 ii.
