Major Duties:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

The appointee shall report to the Programme Leader and the Head of Department and engage in teaching and related learning activities, developing programme curriculum, teaching, learning, and assessment materials.\u00a0 He\/she shall also support students in their learning, participate in academic and scholarly activities, supervise student projects, and provide academic and administrative support services to the Surveying programme.<\/p>

Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

The successful candidate should have a recognised Master’s degree, preferably a Doctoral degree, in General Practice Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management, or a related discipline.\u00a0 He\/she should have at least 3 years of teaching experience at tertiary level and\/or industry experience in relevant fields.<\/p>

Candidates should also have good interpersonal and communication skills, and high proficiency in English and preferably in Chinese, including Putonghua. All classes are conducted in English.<\/p>

Notes:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

(1) Applicants who have responded to the advertisement in the last six months need not re-apply.
(2) The post is at the rank of Teaching Fellow I\/II.<\/em>
(3) The appointee may be required to perform duties at different sites and outside Hong Kong, and work irregular hours, shifts and on Saturdays and Sundays as necessary.<\/em>
(4) The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.<\/em>
(5) The appointee will work at the Chai Wan Campus.<\/em><\/p>
