class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u539f\u6765\uff0c\u4e00\u987f\u996d\u4e0d\u4ec5\u80fd\u591f\u6ee1\u8db3\u5473\u857e\uff0c\u66f4\u80fd\u4e3a\u6574\u4e2a\u793e\u533a\u5e26\u6765\u6e29\u6696\u3002<\/p><p>Guided by Ms Joyce WONG, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Hospitality and Business Management at THEi, four talented students from the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Culinary Arts and Management namely AU King Chung, Johnathan, YUNG Pak Yiu, Paco, LEE Pak Tak, Douglas and WEN Chi Yin, Fred successfully launched the \u201cFarm to Table Little Pioneer\u201d project.<\/p><p>Stepping up as mentors, four students empowered students with special educational needs through a series of three comprehensive experiential workshops. The journey began with a farm visit and menu planning, progressed to hands-on soft meal cooking, and culminated in transforming fresh hydroponic ingredients into IDDSI-standard \u201cCare Food.\u201d They used their professional culinary skills to develop soft meals for elderly individuals with swallowing difficulties. They served meals that are &#8220;nutritious, flavorful, and dignified,&#8221; creating a bridge of care between the youth and the elderly.<\/p><p>\u6b64\u9879\u8ba1\u5212\u66f4\u53c2\u4e0e\u4e862025\/26\u5b66\u5e74\u300c\u793e\u300d\u51fa\u65b0\u4e3b\u610f\u2014 VTC\u793e\u533a\u53c2\u4e0e\u5956\u52b1\u8ba1\u5212\uff08CommunityQuest\uff09\u6bd4\u8d5b\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u4e00\u4f17\u53c2\u8d5b\u961f\u4f0d\u4e2d\u7a81\u56f4\u800c\u51fa\uff0c\u6253\u5165\u300c\u300e\u793e\u300f\u51fa\u65b0\u4e3b\u610f \u2014 VTC \u793e\u533a\u53c2\u4e0e\u5956\u52b1\u8ba1\u5212\u300d2025\/26 \u5b66\u5e74 12 \u5f3a\uff0c\u664b\u8eab\u51b3\u8d5b\uff0c\u89d2\u9010\u516d\u5927\u5956\u9879! \u8877\u5fc3\u611f\u8c22\u4e0b\u5217\u5408\u4f5c\u673a\u6784\u7684\u5168\u529b\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u4ee4\u662f\u6b21\u6d3b\u52a8\u5706\u6ee1\u7ed3\u675f\u3002<\/p><ul><li>\u5fb7\u56fd\u5b9d\u9999\u6e2f\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8<\/li><li>\u9999\u6e2f\u793e\u4f1a\u670d\u52a1\u8054\u4f1a\u7167\u62a4\u98df<\/li><li>\u6d78\u4fe1\u4f1a\u7231\u7fa3\u793e\u4f1a\u670d\u52a1\u5904 \u2014 \u9752\u8863\u957f\u8005\u90bb\u820d\u4e2d\u5fc3<\/li><li>\u5321\u667a\u677e\u5cad\u7efc\u5408\u804c\u4e1a\u8bad\u7ec3\u4e2d\u5fc3<\/li><li>\u6c34\u7cae\u5e84<\/li><li>The Wellness Kitchen<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Can cooking a simple meal spark a wave of community warmth?
