Major Duties:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

\u2022 To provide programme administration, including timetabling and related support services;
\u2022 To process student applications and deliver support services;
\u2022 To coordinate procurement activities and resource allocation;
\u2022 To prepare publicity materials and support promotional events\/seminars\/activities;
\u2022 To provide general administrative support for the School and the Centre for Learning Enhancement (CLE);
\u2022 To supervise and coordinate the work of supporting staff to ensure the effective delivery of services;
\u2022 To assist in the formulation, implementation and review of quality assurance and operational policies, systems and procedures for continuous improvement;
\u2022 To undertake committee work for various meetings, committees and boards;
\u2022 To provide executive and secretarial support for institutional projects, functions and events; and
\u2022 To perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of School and the Institute\u2019s senior management.<\/p>

Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

(a) A recognised degree or equivalent qualification;
(b) At least 2 years\u2019 relevant work experience at an executive level, preferably in educational institutions or comparable organisations;
(c) Good communication, interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills;
(d) A proactive approach and the ability to work independently; and
(e) A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.<\/p>

Notes:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

(1) Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend and pass a written test.<\/em>
(2) The appointee may be required to perform duties at different locations, including outside of Hong Kong, and to work irregular hours, shifts, and weekends, as necessary.<\/em>
(3) The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with the appointee’s qualifications and experience.<\/em>
(4) The appointee will mainly work at the Chai Wan Campus, with occasional assignments at the Tsing Yi Campus.<\/em><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
