Support the planning and execution of events, education expos and ceremonies; and<\/li><li><strong>Project Management and Administration:<\/strong> Handle ad-hoc and urgent projects efficiently under tight schedules. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Office, including procurement processes, vendor coordination and general office administration.<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"job-career\"><p><strong><u><br \/>Requirements<\/u>:<\/strong><\/p><p>(a) (i) Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, or equivalent^; <u>OR<br \/><\/u>(ii) Level 2 \/ Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); <u>OR<br \/><\/u>(iii) Diploma of Applied Education + Maths Plus \/ Diploma Yi Jin + Mathematics \/ Project Yi Jin; <u>OR<br \/><\/u>(iv) A recognised Certificate \/ Diploma \/ Foundation Diploma \/ Foundation Certificate \/ Diploma of Foundation Studies; <u>OR<br \/><\/u>(v) A recognised Associate Degree \/ Higher Diploma or above.<br \/>*<em>\u00a0\u00a0 Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 \/ passing 5 specific VTC\u2019s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification.<br \/><\/em>^<em>\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cAttained\u201d in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in the HKDSE Examination are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects.<br \/><\/em>(b) At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the capacity of Executive Assistant (or equivalent) rank;<br \/>(c) Experience in the tertiary education sector or in a design house, together with a strong understanding of photography and\/or videography, will be an advantage;<br \/>(d) Proficiency in the use of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects.;<br \/>(e) Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills;<br \/>(f) Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua being an advantage; and<br \/>(g) Ability to work independently and be a good team player.<\/p><p><strong><u><br \/>Notes<\/u>:<\/strong><\/p><div class=\"translation-block\"><p>(1) The post is at the rank of \u201cExecutive Assistant I\u201d.<br \/>(2) The appointee may be required to perform duties at different locations and work irregular hours, shifts, and weekends, as necessary.<br \/>(3) The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with the appointee\u2019s qualifications and experience.<br \/>(4) The appointee will work at the Chai Wan Campus and may be required to travel occasionally.<\/p><div class=\"translation-block\"><p><strong><u><br \/>Application Procedures<\/u>:<\/strong><\/p><p>A completed application form <em><strong>[THEi-HR-601 (Dec 2025)]<\/strong><\/em>, together with <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">a full curriculum vitae (CV) and a design profile (if applicable)<\/span>, should be sent to <a style=\"background-color: #ffffff\" href=\"mailto:thei-jobs@thei.edu.hk\">thei-jobs@thei.edu.hk<\/a>.<\/p><p>Applicants should take note of the following:<\/p><\/div><p>(1) Completed application form and detailed CV should be combined into <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>one PDF file with a file size below 10MB<\/strong><\/span>.<br \/>(2) The file should be saved with the applicant\u2019s name as \u201csurname and given name\u201d, e.g. \u201cCHAN Siu-lam.pdf\u201d.<br \/>(3) For the email subject, please cite \u201cApplication for Officer (at the rank of Executive Assistant I, BMCO (Ref No.: BMCO\/OFF(EAI)\/09\/26)\u201d.<\/p><p><strong><br \/>Review of applications will commence as soon as possible and continue until the post is filled.<\/strong><\/p><p><em>The Institute reserves the right not to fill the post.
