Chef Tang is a hardworking and motivated professional instructor who has acquired extensive knowledge in the field through the study of Professional and Vocational Education at degree level, and registered as a teacher under the Education Ordinance. He has experience in teaching Chinese regional cuisines at Chinese Culinary Institute, and he has been awarded several professional qualifications in Chinese cuisine with advanced level in Hong Kong and Mainland China, including Examiner in Chinese Cuisine, Chinese Pastry Chef, Specialist in Dietary Nutrition.
