Prof CHAN graduated from the University of London in United Kingdom in 1982. In 1984, he was awarded a scholarship from the British Council for postgraduate study at the Imperial College, London. After that, he joined consultancy firms and was engaged in a variety of building projects.<\/p>\n

Prof CHAN has been appointed Managing Director of Charterwealth Professional Limited in 1996, and has since been in-charged a variety of building, civil, structural, geotechnical and facility management projects in Hong Kong. He has extensive experience in the property and construction markets.<\/p>\n

Prof CHAN has been appointed \u2018Justices of the Peace\u2019, and awarded \u2018Medal of Honor\u2019 and \u2018Chief Executive's Commendation for Community Service\u2019 by the Government of the HKSAR in recognition of his contribution to the building industry and community services.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
