Prof WANG is also a recipient of China's highest theatrical honours - the Plum Blossom Award (\u4e2d\u570b\u6232\u5287\u6885\u82b1\u596c) and the Magnolia Stage Award (\u4e0a\u6d77\u767d\u7389\u85fa\u6232\u5287\u8868\u6f14\u85dd\u8853\u596c) - she has dedicated her career to both preserving and innovating within this centuries-old art form.  Her pioneering work extends beyond performance, she has developed specialised teaching materials and introduced Peking Opera to students across 30+ high schools.
