The competition featured 12 contestants from HOM and CAM who competed for the titles of Champions, 1st runner-up, and 2nd runner-up, evaluated by a panel of judges that included 3 Professional Mixologists from Hong Kong. The presence of 28 industrial partners at the competition reflected their recognition of the students&#8217; skills and knowledge in bartending. The collaboration of PRIEM, HOM &amp; CAM students added a special touch to the event. PRIEM students served as the MCs, while CAM students provided light canap\u00e9s for the VIPs and HOM students actively participated as service volunteers, serving beverages and providing campus tours. From the initial planning stage to the final dismantling, the students played a vital role in ensuring the success of the event. They took on various responsibilities, including setting up the venue, reaching out to VIPs, coordinating competition logistics, generating scores, and attending to the needs of the guests.
