{"id":54069,"date":"2026-07-31T16:39:20","date_gmt":"2026-07-31T08:39:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thei.edu.hk\/?p=54069"},"modified":"2026-07-31T16:39:35","modified_gmt":"2026-07-31T08:39:35","slug":"part-time-lecturer-master-of-business-administration-in-digital-transformation-dhbm-ptlmbadt-08-26","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thei.edu.hk\/tc\/part-time-lecturer-master-of-business-administration-in-digital-transformation-dhbm-ptlmbadt-08-26\/","title":{"rendered":"Part-time Lecturer (Master of Business Administration in Digital Transformation)"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"54069\" class=\"elementor elementor-54069\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-558ebb0 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"558ebb0\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9b56a4f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9b56a4f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"translation-block\"><p><strong>Ref No.: DHBM\/PTL(MBADT)\/08\/26<\/strong><\/p><p><strong><u>Major Duties:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>The appointee shall engage in teaching and related learning activities, support students in their learning, participate in academic and scholarly activities of the Department, and undertake academic and administrative support services for the Master of Business Administration in Digital Transformation (MBADT) programme.\u00a0 The Programme aims to develop students\u2019 understanding and capability to manage transformation and innovation in the current business environment.\u00a0 The Programme offers two specialised streams, one in \u201cDigital Business and Leadership\u201d and the other in \u201cDigital Technology and Innovation\u201d.<\/p><p>The appointee will need to fulfil teaching duties, including but not limited to the preparation of teaching materials, development and marking of assessment items, and the delivery of lectures and tutorials for at least one of the following modules:<\/p><ul><li>Business Intelligence and Analytics<\/li><li>Cyber Law<\/li><li>Cyber Security in Business<\/li><li>Digital Business Process and Operations<\/li><li>Digital Business Strategy and Transformation<\/li><li>Digital Marketing<\/li><li>Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Business Sustainability<\/li><li>Ethics in a Digital World<\/li><li>Global Business Environment<\/li><li>Leadership and Strategy<\/li><li>Management of Digital Innovation<\/li><li>Managerial Economics*<\/li><li>Organisational and Human Resources Management<\/li><li>Strategic Innovation and Entrepreneurship*<\/li><li>Managerial Accounting and Finance*<\/li><\/ul><p>Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate teaching expertise in Managerial Accounting and Finance, Managerial Economics, and Strategic Innovation and Entrepreneurship.<\/p><p><strong><u>Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>The successful candidate should have a recognised Doctoral degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Digitalisation and Digital Innovation, or a related discipline, with at least 4 years\u2019 relevant teaching experience at the tertiary level and\/or experience in professional practice in related fields.\u00a0 He\/She should have experience in supervising students\u2019 Final Year Projects, and possess high proficiency in English and Chinese, including Putonghua.\u00a0 He\/She must also fulfil one of the following criteria:<\/p><p>(a) Mother tongue\/language is Putonghua; or<br \/>(b) Received a recognised bachelor\u2019s degree or above of which the Medium of Instruction (MOI) was Putonghua; or<br \/>(c) At least 3 years\u2019 work experience in Chinese Mainland or other Putonghua speaking countries or regions;
