The appointee will also contribute to programme and curriculum development, student learning support, and provide academic and administrative support for the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Music Technology programme. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/p><ul><li>\u00a0Delivering lectures and practical sessions on music technology, focusing on professional software such as Unity, Unreal Engine, and audio middleware (e.g., Wwise, FMOD);<\/li><li>Teaching the application and integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in music creation, sound design, and production workflows;<\/li><li>Instructing students in advanced audio processing, including Dolby Atmos and other immersive audio technologies;<\/li><li>Developing and updating the programme curriculum and assessment materials in line with industry trends;<\/li><li>Supporting students\u2019 academic and practical learning, including the supervision of projects and portfolios; and<\/li><li>Participating in academic and scholarly activities and providing administrative support for the programme.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><u>Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>The successful candidate should have:<\/p><ul><li>A recognised Master&#8217;s degree, preferably a Doctoral degree, in Sound or Music Technology, or related fields, with good professional standing.<\/li><li>At least 3 years of relevant teaching experience at tertiary level and\/or relevant industry experience in relevant fields.<\/li><li>Proficiency in music production software and technology, with hands-on experience in Unity, Unreal Engine, Wwise, FMOD, and AI-based music creation tools.<\/li><li>Advanced knowledge of sound engineering, including immersive audio formats such as Dolby Atmos and related spatial\/immersive audio workflows.<\/li><li>Basic knowledge and practical experience in coding\/programming as applied to music technology (e.g. scripting in Unity\/Unreal, Max\/MSP, Pure Data, or similar environments).<\/li><li>An up-to-date understanding of industry trends and practices in music technology, interactive media, and related creative industries.<\/li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills, and high proficiency in English and Chinese, including Putonghua. All classes are conducted in Putonghua.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0Candidates must also fulfil one of the following language criteria:<\/p><ul><li>Mother tongue\/language is Putonghua; or<\/li><li>Received a recognised Bachelor\u2019s degree or above of which the Medium of Instruction (MOI) was Putonghua; or<\/li><li>At least 3 years\u2019 work experience in Chinese Mainland or other Putonghua speaking countries or regions; or<\/li><li>Achieved at least Grade B, Level 2 in the Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi (PSC) \u2013 Putonghua Proficiency Test administered by the State Language Commission.<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"translation-block\"><p><strong><u>Notes:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p><em>(1) The post is at the rank of Teaching Fellow I.<br \/><\/em><em>(2) <\/em><em>The appointee may be required to perform duties at different sites and outside Hong Kong, and work irregular hours, shifts, and on Saturdays and Sundays as necessary.<br \/><\/em><em>(3) The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.<br \/><\/em><em>(4) The appointee will work at the Chai Wan Campus.<\/em><\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration:
