Major Duties:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

(a) To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Departments;
(b) To provide support in programme \/ student-related administration;
(c) To draft official correspondence, including emails, letters, notices, agendas and minutes;
(d) To assist in document management and in the compilation of management reports and statistics;
(e) To assist in organising \/ coordinating meetings and events; and
(f) To handle enquiries from internal and external parties, and provide counter services.<\/p>

Requirements:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

(a) (i) Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, or equivalent^; OR
<\/u>(ii) Level 2 \/ Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); OR
<\/u>(iii) Diploma of Applied Education + Maths Plus \/ Diploma Yi Jin + Mathematics \/ Project Yi Jin; OR
<\/u>(iv) A recognised Certificate \/ Diploma \/ Foundation Diploma \/ Foundation Certificate \/ Diploma of Foundation Studies; OR
<\/u>(v) A recognised Associate Degree \/ Higher Diploma or above.
*\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 \/ Passing 5 specific VTC\u2019s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification.
<\/em>^\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cAttained\u201d in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in the HKDSE Examination are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects.
<\/em>(b) High proficiency in using computer software applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing;
(c) Good command of Chinese and English, preferably including Putonghua;
(d) Good communication and interpersonal skills;
(e) Flexible, polite, detail-oriented, organised and proactive; and
(f) Ability to multi-task independently and be a good team player.<\/p>

Notes:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

(1) <\/em>The appointee may be required to perform duties at different locations and work irregular hours, shifts, and on Saturdays and Sundays as necessary.
<\/em>(2) <\/em>The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with the appointee\u2019s qualifications and experience.
<\/em>(3) The appointee will work at the Chai Wan Campus.<\/em><\/p>
