Desirable specialisms include, but are not limited to the following:<\/p><ul><li>Advanced Contract Administration<\/li><li>Development Control &amp; Town Planning<\/li><li>Small Unmanned Aircraft Applications in Surveying, i.e., Building Surveying, General Practice Surveying, Land Surveying, Planning &amp; Development, Property &amp; Facility Management and Quantity Surveying.<\/li><\/ul><p>The candidate should possess good interpersonal and communication skills, and high proficiency in English and preferably in Chinese, including Putonghua.
