TITLE :

Executive Assistant II (Ref.: O/THEi-HRO/EAII/11/25)

Human Resources Office

Major Duties:

(a) To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Human Resources Office;
(b) To provide support in all-round Human Resources functions, including but not limited to staff recruitment, onboarding & offboarding process and compensation & benefits etc.;
(c) To maintain accurate and updated employee databases and filing records;
(d) To draft simple correspondence, such as emails, letters and notices, etc.;
(e) To assist in HR document management, and the compilation of management reports and statistics;
(f)  To handle the sourcing, ordering and stock management of office supplies; and
(g) To provide logistical support for various boards, meetings and staff activities.

Requirements:

(a)  (i)   Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including English Language*, Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, or equivalent^; OR
       (ii)  Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B)*, Chinese Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); OR
       (iii) Diploma of Applied Education + Maths Plus / Diploma Yi Jin + Mathematics / Project Yi Jin; OR
       (iv) A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate / Diploma of Foundation Studies; OR
       (v)  A recognised Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above.
*     Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 / Passing 5 specific VTC’s Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification.
^    “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in HKDSE Examination are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects.
(b) Proficiency in computer software applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
(c) Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills;
(d) Good command of English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua;
(e) Flexible, polite, detail-minded, organised and self-initiated;
(f) Demonstrate a strong sense of confidentiality and integrity; and
(g) Ability to work independently and be a good team player.

Notes:

(1) Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend and pass a computer skills test.
(2) The appointee(s) may be required to work irregular hours or shifts and perform duties on Saturdays and/or Sundays as necessary.
(3) The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
(4) The appointee(s) will work at the Chai Wan campus.
