李衛霖先生2000年抵達香港後開始了他的職業生涯。他的第一份工作是教授英語，之後他逐漸在金融、初創企業、保險、銷售和市場營銷等領域發展。現在，他回到了教育行業。
他表示：「我喜歡把自己看作是樣樣通和分享的專家。看到學生因為我微小的貢獻而成長和成功，讓我感到非常滿足。」
