何安達教授於2006年至2012年擔任香港特區政府特首辦公室新聞統籌專員，協助特首制定公關策略，並在明報擔任主筆以及南華早報擔任政治編輯。他主持電台節目並為各大本地和國際書刊擔任編輯。他曾編輯《香港人名錄》，並撰寫了多本有關公共傳播的書籍。
何教授擁有傳播碩士學位，曾經是婦女事務委員會、政府策略發展委員會和廉政公署社區關係市民諮詢委員會的成員。
Prof HO holds a Master degree in Communication and is a former member of the Women’s Commission, the Commission on Strategic Development, and the Citizens’ Advisory Committee on Community Relations of the Independent Commission Against Corruption.
