Prof Marshall JEN has extensive industry and teaching experiences, and is a well-versed industry specialist trainer to senior executives, entrepreneurs and insights providers for Universities via the provision of coaching, consultation and professional development services in the following areas:

• Family office and family business advisory
• Entrepreneurship and Social Entrepreneurship
• Corporate Governance
• Organisational Leadership and Management
• Risk management
• Innovation and design thinking

His research and practice focuses primarily on Succession Planning, NxGen Learning and Development, Family-in-Business Leadership, Family Decision and Governance, and Entrepreneurship. Prof Marshall JEN is currently pursuing an Executive Doctorate of Business Administration at the Management School of The University of Liverpool.

Remaining committed to his educational roots, Prof Marshall JEN serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director for The Canadian International School in Singapore and The Kingsley International School in Malaysia. He is also an active committee member of the Education and Youth Development committee of the HKSAR Home Affairs Department (Kowloon City District), further contributing to his passion for education and youth development.
