The second wave of the THEi BIM Competition 2024 is here!
This time, we would like to invite you to a walking tour at our THEi Chai Wan Campus. During the tour, we will show you the green building features of the campus and the Multifunctional Hall, which is the target space of the BIM competition. You will learn more about the construction design and the green environmental concepts for the THEi CW campus and get first-hand information for developing your 1st round competition submission.

The “THEi BIM Competition 2024: Bring Digital Construction and Building Services to Campus” is organised by the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) Building Services Engineering programme. The Programme has been included in the second around of “Pilot Project on the Development of Applied Degree Programmes” of the Education Bureau.
