DHL: The story of a Hong Kong company going global
Mr. Chung Po Yang
Co-founder of DHL
Abstract
Known for its quality service, Hong Kong is recognized as a hub for both global and regional services, outperforming many other cities. Over the past two decades, Hong Kong has shifted towards a service-oriented economy and yet it remains to be one of the world’s leading exporters of consumer goods.
Mr. Po Chung’s service network leadership philosophy and emphasis on character and care are what grew DHL into the global network service company present in over 228 countries and territories today. In this lecture, Mr. Chung will share his DHL Story and the DHL Founders’ values used to build its worldwide network.
