Abstract
Have you ever encountered a lack of motivation at work or in your studies and feel perplexed? This lecture aims to introduce a training programme called mindfulness which can help you overcome mental barriers and improve your psychological well-being. It also includes an hour of meditation practice. Mindfulness is a process of training our attention to experience the present moment with greater curiosity and kindness. It helps us to appreciate what is going well and to respond skillfully to the inevitable challenges of life. All THEi staff and students are welcome.
