Dr Vicky Leung and Miss SHAHID UBEAD Maahin will share the preliminary findings from their research which examined the effectiveness of mental stimulants on consumers' willingness to purchase upcycled food products.
Dr Vicky Leung is a THEi lecturer from the Department of Hospitality and Management, Faculty of Management and Hospitality. Miss SHAHID UBEAD Maahin is a recent graduate of the BA (Hons) in Culinary Arts and Management degree programme.
