On 30 June 2018, the final seminar from the ECF Greening for Biodiver“city” Hong Kong programme was successfully organized by Horticulture and Landscape Management Programme on the theme of green roofs and vertical greening. The founder of GreenWalls Bioengineering (HK) Limited, Mr. Brian Cheng delivered the talk on “Zero Carbon Bioengineered Vertical and Roof Greening in Hong Kong”. He shared his experience on advanced greening projects and nano-technology application in Hong Kong. He is constantly researching for new technologies to cope with this dynamic industry. The second talk was “An Overall View of Green Roof and Green Wall Development” delivered by Mr. Herman Au, the Managing Director of Bluet Garden Limited. The traditional roof greening and vertical greening techniques and requirements were discussed with his local and oversea projects.
