Hong Kong Chefs Association, Hong Kong Young Chefs Club and THEi CAM co-organised a two-session Chocolate bonbons Demonstration workshop for CAM students on 6th May, 2021, delivered by Chef Andy YEUNG Cheuk Yin, executive pastry chef of Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel and Towers. The Demo workshop focus on sharing insights into the modern world of chocolate confections. The students explored varieties of textures, flavors, and colors with different techniques showcasing the many appetizing possibilities.
