A Year-2 student from the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Culinary Arts and Management, Jacky LIU, participated in the Gourmet Master Chefs Competition in Hong Kong at the Chinese Culinary Institute of VTC on 18 July 2019 and he was shortlisted to invite to participate in the Gourmet Master Chefs 2019 Grand Finale in Beijing at the Beijing Hospitality Institute on 15 October 2019 (Tuesday)
