It is located in the New Territories near Lok Ma Chau adjacent to Sham Chun River. Sr Emily LI, Director (Project Development) of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited (HSITPL) has been invited to share her experience with surveying students in project planning and development of the Lok Ma Chau Loop on 18 October 2019. Among other challenges in particular environmental issues during the project planning stage, Sr Li explained that accessibility is one of the key issues in the planning and development of this project. To cope with these challenges, she elicited adoptions of advanced technologies such as BIM and Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) will be proactively considered.
