The Great American Texas Barbecue is an annual event organized by the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF) in conjunction with the U.S. Agricultural Trade Office (ATO) in Hong Kong to showcase US foods and beverages to local traders was held at The Kowloon Cricket Club on 5^th December, 2019 (Thursday). Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Culinary Arts and Management (CAM) students were invited to participate and voluntarily worked with different sponsors and served their products to Hong Kong’s top food and beverage people and VIPs.
