THEi Culinary Arts & Management Students completed training at the Hong Kong Jockey Club

A total of 20 students from the BA (Hons) in Culinary Arts and Management programme had completed over 250 hours of training at the Hong Kong Jockey Club in 2014/15 race season. As an appreciation to their efforts, a ceremony was held on 19 Nov 2015 at THEi to present the certificates to the students.

 

Students had attended all-rounded training in the Chinese kitchen, Western cold kitchen, Western hot kitchen and pastry kitchen of the two racecourses of the Hong Kong Jockey Club. Their performance was highly appraised by their trainers. May we take this opportunity to thank the Hong Kong Jockey Club for providing precious training opportunities and continuous support to CAM students.
