The Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi) held its first ever graduation ceremony on 9 December, conferring bachelor degrees on on its first cohort of graduates. 
The graduates conferred with THEi degrees of Bachelor of Arts come from 3 programmes, namely Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Advertising, Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Fashion Design and Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Product Design. Most of the graduates are about to enter the workforce to contribute to society, demonstrating the effectiveness of vocational and professional education and training (VPET). Many parents of the graduates, industry representatives and THEi staff attended the ceremony to share the happiness of the graduates.
