TITLE :

Officer (Partnership Engagement) Ref.: (Ref.: O/THEi-PO/OFF(PE)/08/25)

President’s Office

Major Duties:

(a) To assist in the liaison and strategical establishment, management, engagement, enhancement and maintenance of local, Mainland and international connections and partnerships, including student recruitment agencies / education agencies, academic institutions, industries, organisations and other partners / stakeholders;
(b) To liaise with internal and external parties on matters related to engagement of student recruitment agencies / education agencies, student referrals, agency performance review, partnership engagement activities, etc.;
(c) To draft and finalise contract / agreement and other associated documentations and materials related to student recruitment agencies / education agencies;
(d) To organise and / or provide support to institutional partnership engagement events, activities and meetings, as well as events / activities co-organised with partners;
(e) To prepare and / or vet official correspondence including emails, letters, meeting notes and agenda;
(f) To provide administrative support in relation to engagement and management of student recruitment agencies / education agencies and partners;
(g) To assist in conducting market intelligence analysis regarding the Institute’s local, Mainland and international partnership strategies;
(h) To assist in the preparation and compilation of management reports, progress update reports, proposals, presentation slides and other materials for various meetings and purposes; and
(i) To handle other projects and tasks relating to partner relations management, partnership engagement or collaboration as assigned by the President and / or supervisor.

Requirements:

(a) A recognised degree or equivalent qualification;
(b) At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably at executive level in educational institutions or comparable organisations;
(c) Detail-oriented, organised, proactive, committed, with strong sense of responsibility, time management skill and the ability to multi-task independently as well as be a good team player;
(d) Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
(e) Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage;
(f) Able to appropriately handle confidential information and materials; and
(g) A high proficiency in computer software applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.

备注:

(3) The appointee may be required to perform duties at different sites and outside of Hong Kong, and work irregular hours, shifts and/or on Saturdays and Sundays as necessary.
(4) The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
(5) The appointee will work at the Chai Wan Campus.
