杨敏贤女士现任溢达集团副董事长，负责集团的战略规划。除此之外，她还担任香港纺织商会名誉会长及香港纺织及成衣研发中心董事局主席，积极参与香港纺织服装行业的发展，并在香港理工大学智能可穿戴系统研究院 (RI-IWEAR) 工业顾问委员会、时装及纺织学院顾问委员会和华润—香港理工大学纤凝碳中和联合研究院（RICNNM）顾问委员会担任相应职务。同时，她亦兼任制衣业训练局委员。
杨女士于2022年获委任为太平绅士。她十分关注教育发展，是杨元龙基金创始人之一，致力于提高儿童接受教育的机会。2024年，杨女士获香港高等教育科技学院委任为设计及建筑学系荣誉教授。同时，她是香港城市大学商学院国际咨询委员会成员，并担任香港中文大学工商管理硕士课程顾问委员会副主席。
