何安达教授于2006年至2012年担任香港特区政府特首办公室新闻统筹专员，协助特首制定公关策略，并在明报担任主笔以及南华早报担任政治编辑。他主持电台节目并为各大本地和国际书刊担任编辑。他曾编辑《香港人名录》，并撰写了多本有关公共传播的书籍。
何教授拥有传播硕士学位，曾经是妇女事务委员会、政府策略发展委员会和廉政公署小区关系市民咨询委员会的成员。
Prof HO holds a Master degree in Communication and is a former member of the Women’s Commission, the Commission on Strategic Development, and the Citizens’ Advisory Committee on Community Relations of the Independent Commission Against Corruption.
