TITLE :

Part-time Lecturer (Multimedia Technology and Innovation)

Department of Digital Innovation and Technology

Major Duties:

The appointee shall engage in teaching and related learning activities, developing programme curriculum, teaching & learning, and assessment materials.  He/she shall also support students in their learning, participate in academic and scholarly activities, and undertake academic and administrative support services for the Multimedia Technology and Innovation programme.

Requirements:

The successful candidate should have a recognised Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field with good professional standing. He/she should have at least 4 years of teaching experience at the tertiary level and/or experience in professional practice.

The candidate should also have solid experience in digital marketing or advertising, preferably has worked for renowned brands and advertising agencies with a good knowledge of digital media and applications, data analytics, digital strategy and understanding of virtual worlds; with excellent communication and presentation skills; solid teaching experience in tertiary education; good interpersonal and communication skills; and a high proficiency in English and preferably Chinese, including Putonghua.

Notes:

(1) The appointee may be required to perform duties at different locations and work irregular hours, including weekends, as necessary.
(2) The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with the appointee’s qualifications and experience.
(3) The appointee will mainly work at the Chai Wan Campus.
