Mr FOK Kai-kong, Kenneth, JP

Mr. Kenneth Fok Kai-kong, a member of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and a deputy to the National People's Congress. Mr. Fok holds a Bachelor Degree of Economics and Management from Oxford University and upon returning to Hong Kong, he joined the family business. Currently as Vice President of Fok Ying Tung Group, Mr. Fok is responsible for the Group’s business development in the mainland and Hong Kong.

 

Mr. Fok is enthusiastic in sport development. He has been a member of the Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China since 2009 and is its incumbent Vice President. Mr. Fok has been President of the Asian Electronic Sports Federation since 2017 as well as a member of Esports and E Martial Arts Committee of the Olympic Council of Asia since 2022. He is also the President of the Gymnastics Association of Hong Kong, China and the Federation of District Sports Associations of Hong Kong. 

 

Mr. Fok has been actively promoting youth development and participating in social affairs and has been engaged in youth development work since 2006. He held significant roles in many youth organizations and facilitated the plan of youth innovation, entrepreneurship and employment. He currently serves as the Vice President of the All-China Youth Federation as well as Tianjin Youth Federation, Permanent Honorary Chairman of the Hong Kong Youth Activities Committee, advisor of the Hong Kong Youth Federation and Honorary Chairman of The Y.Elites Association. 

 

As an advocate and promoter of Hong Kong’s cultural policy, Mr. Fok has actively promoted the formulation of sound cultural policies by the HKSAR government. He is also a member of the China Federation of Literary and Arts Circles, the Chairman of Hong Kong Art Development Council, Board Member of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority and a member of the Culture Commission of the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau, HKSAR.
