Study Room Online Booking

Rules:

• Bookings will be served by a “First Come First Served” basis.
• Student can book maximum 2 hours per day (maximum 10 hours per week).
• Booking quota will be reset every Monday morning.
• Bookings of consecutive sessions can be made.
• Concurrent bookings of 2 rooms are NOT allowed.
• The bookings are not transferable. The Rooms are reserved for those who booked them only.
• The room will be released to others if the user does not show up after 15 minutes. Students who want to use the released room must come to circulation counter for following check-in.
• Users are responsible for the loss and damage of equipment used.
• Reservation rules and regulations will be subject to change without prior notice.
• The LC reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice.

** To maximise resource utilisation, please cancel any booking(s) online that is / are no longer required.
