Guest Speech on ‘In-flight Catering Service’ by the Hotel Operations Management Programme
In-flight catering is one of the required topics for all HOM students during their study of Food & Beverage Operations; in order to enrich their learning on this topic, a guest speech on “In-flight Catering Service” was organized in October 2014. This is a great opportunity to invite Cathay Pacific Catering Service (H.K.) Ltd., one of the largest flight kitchens in the world, to share their work flow on producing in-flight meal and introduced the career prospects in in-flight catering industry, this is a valuable lesson for students to learn this specialized forms of catering service.
