The Hong Kong Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Professional Training Course has successfully accomplished in Oct 2020. This 80-hour intensive course is one of the deliverables of “Exchange Programme for Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Professionals in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area”, funded by Professional Services Advancement Support Scheme (PASS) of The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region (Project ref. no.: PS182001).

The course covered different Chinees medicine pharmaceutical professional aspects, aiming to strengthen the professional knowledge and deepen the understanding of laws and regulations of Chinese Medicine in Mainland China, thereby improving the professional level of Hong Kong Chinese medicine pharmaceutical personnel.

Over 100 Chinese medicine pharmaceutical professionals and personnel from different fields in Hong Kong Chinese Medicine industries participated this training course. The course was conducted via dual-means, live session together with VOD mode, which maintained the classroom interaction, and also provided a flexible and agile learning mode for participants. Through the pre- and pro-lesson assessments, most of the participants shown improvement in their performance after the course, agreed the course helped them to increase the knowledge in different areas in Chinese medicine and strengthen the confidence to attain national license pharmacist qualification.
