Président Cooking Competition for Culinary Arts and Management Students

On 30 March 2019, Culinary Arts and Management (CAM) students participated in the first Lactalis Hong Kong and Président Sponsored Cooking Competition. 30 CAM students competed against each other in 2-3 person teams to create a multi-course menu within 2 hours. Students’ cooking skills were excellently demonstrated as their menu creations took inspiration from local produce, imported meats and cheeses, while also showcasing Président dairy products.
