Mr Eugene CHAN, Teaching Fellow II, BA(Hons) in Public Relations and International Events Management (PRIEM) was invited by the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong (TIC) to be the guest speaker at the E-Marketing for SME Travel Agents seminar on 11^th August 2020.

Eugene shared current thinking on trends in expanding business opportunity via social media channels, which support small and medium-sized travel agents to reach out to their target markets efficiently and to open themselves up to new business opportunities when inbound and outbound travel businesses resume.
