Major Duties:
(a) Provide supports to the Programme Teams, including but not limited to the following areas:
(i) Programme administration, student admission, administration and support services;
(ii) Human resources services;
(iii) Work-integrated learning of students;
(iv) Resources coordination; and
(v) Establishment and administration of scholarship schemes including selection of awardees and scholarship disbursement.
(b) Supervise and coordinate the work of clerical and supporting staff and ensure the effective delivery of services;
(c) Assist in the formulation, implementation and review of quality assurance and operational policies, systems and procedures for continuous improvement;
(d) Undertake committee work in various meetings, committees and;
(e) Provide executive and secretarial support to projects, functions and events.
Requirements:
(a) A recognised degree or equivalent qualification;
(b) At least 2 years’ relevant work experience at executive level, preferably in educational institutions or comparable organisations;
(c) Good communication, inter-personal, organisational and administrative skills;
(d) A pro-active approach and ability to work independently; and;
(e) Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
Notes:
(1) Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend and pass a written test.
(2) The appointee may be required to perform duties at different sites and outside of Hong Kong, and work irregular hours, shifts and/or on Saturdays and Sundays as necessary.
(3) The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
(4) The appointee will work at the Chai Wan Campus.
