Miss Gabriella Leung obtained her MPhil from The National Taiwan University with the study entitled “Study on Causes and their Management of Tree Failure by Typhoon in Taipei Area”, which focused on the prediction, pretreatments and post treatments of urban trees under typhoon seasons. She developed her horticultural and arboricultural disease management skills from projects regarding Urban Trees Brown Root Rot Disease Diagnosis (2018), Slope Tree Management (2021) and The Utility of the LAMP Molecular Technique in Diagnosing Brown Root Rot Disease (2021). Recently, she is also interested in the soil microbial, fauna and their ecosystems, including the potential roles of decomposers under pathogen-contaminated soils.
