Major Duties:
The appointee(s) shall report to the Programme Leader and Head of Department and engage in teaching and related learning activities, developing programme curriculum, teaching & learning, and assessment materials. He/she shall also support students in their learning, participate in academic and scholarly activities, and undertake academic and administrative support services for the Surveying programme starting from AY2025/2026 Semester 2.
Requirements:
The successful candidate(s) should have a recognised Master’s degree in Surveying or related fields with good professional standing. He/she should have at least 4 years of teaching experience at tertiary level and/or industrial experience in relevant fields. Desirable specialisms include, but are not limited to:
- Architectural Design & Technology
- Development Control & Town Planning
- Property Valuation
Candidates should possess good interpersonal and communication skills, and high proficiency in English and preferably in Chinese, including Putonghua. All classes are conducted in English.
Notes:
(1) The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties at different sites and work irregular hours, including Saturdays and Sundays as necessary.
(2) The remuneration package will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
(3) The appointee(s) will work at the Chai Wan Campus.
